The exhibition stands include boarded partition walls, one light illuminating each 2 m² and one sign display on the canopy of the stand. Floor-coverings are included, in the form of a dark grey felt carpet; exhibitors who wish to have carpets in other colours must order and pay for them separately.
The quoted prices are without VAT.
The smallest stall size is 9 m². Additional accessories may be ordered from Fagsýningar, Kársnesbraut 93, 200 Kópavogur, www.fagsyningar.is.
Charges additional to basic area rates:
Each exhibitor will be charged a fee of USD 320 to cover security, cleaning of the hall ways of the exhibition area before and during the exhibition, and rubbish disposal services and electricity. Electrical sockets, internet access and other extras not included in the basic exhibition facilities must be paid for separately. Further details will be announced later. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their own exhibit items, equipment and personal possessions. They are also responsible for cleaning their stand before and during the exhibition.

Registration must be submitted not later than 15 February 2008. After that date it will not be possible to guarantee that late booking can be accepted. Cancellations should be sent to AP Event Management by e-mail: verkogvit@appr.is.
Please note that payments will be non-refundable.
Method of payment
Participation and exhibition fees will be paid in two parts, the first on registration and the second in January 2008. Invoices will be sent to participants.
Admission tickets
Professionals’ admission tickets to the exhibition cost USD 35 and remain valid 17 to 20 April.
The admission charge for the public is USD 20 and is valid for one day only (19 or 20 April). Children aged 12 and under, accompanied by adults, are admitted free. The admission charge for students, senior citizens and disabled persons is USD 15. The exhibition is open to the public over the weekend 19-20 April.
